Driveway is reserved for passenger drop-off and furniture pick-up ONLY!
Please be courteous to the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

It is your responsibility to bring help and tools when removing furniture.
Please inspect all items before purchasing.

Everything is sold AS-IS — no refunds.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries and reserve the right to inspect bags and belongings upon entry and exit.
